I understand that Bnei Neviim Academy is an educational/mentoring program and that my child may meet with the instructor and other students in a home, outdoor area, or other agreed location. I understand that the instructor will make reasonable efforts to supervise the boys and promote a safe, respectful environment.
I acknowledge that the parent/guardian remains responsible for giving clear instructions to their child about travel, crossing streets, leaving or remaining at a location, participation in outings, and any personal safety boundaries or restrictions. If a parent does not want their child to leave a location, cross streets, join an outing, or participate in any activity, the parent is responsible to communicate that clearly to the child and to the instructor in advance.
I understand that participation is voluntary and that a parent may remove their child from the program at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the instructor and Bnei Neviim Academy from responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, or incidents that may occur in connection with participation, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. I confirm that I have read and agree to this acknowledgment and waiver.
